The apartments Zdenka are situated in the family house in Valkane, a quiet neighborhood of family houses, shops and restaurants, a suburb of Pula located only 3 km from the city core.
The house is almost on the seashore; it takes only 3 minutes walk to get to the beach that is partly covered with pebbles, and partly in blocks of concrete and natural stone.
The house with its 3 comfortable apartments has a huge veranda and shadowy parking places in front of it. The yard is covered with green and flowers, and in the backyard there is a charming barbecue area with a gas grill and outdoor furniture.
Two bigger apartments are each for 6+2 persons. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen ( with dishwasher), 3 double rooms, living room with sofa bed, one or two family bathrooms, separate toilette, one or two balconies, two air conditioning. Each apartment measures 100 m2 + balcony 9 m2.
The third apartment is on the ground floor and it is suitable for up to 4 persons. Its exit leads directly to the shadowy veranda. The apartment has a double room, bathroom with shower and toilette, fully equipped dishwasher and a living room with a couch that turns to a bed suitable for 2 persons. The apartment measures 42 m2 + 20m2 of veranda in front of the apartment.
Each apartment has a satellite TV, air conditioning and security box.

Apartments Zdenka are located in the quiet part of Pula. Near the house is a new shopping mall Max city with lots of stores, super market,bars, restaurants, exchange offices. Near the house is also post office, other bars, restaurants, sport facilities( tennis courts, enclosed swimming pool with fitness, sauna; trecking paths, walking paths, sky lift etc..
It is 3 km from the historical center of Pula.
The nearest beach is around 70 m from the house, suitable also for smaller children.
